Easy to Activate, Great Connectivity and Values, and Superb Customer Service
I was skeptical at first because the plans SpeedTalk offers are so affordable compare to other companies. After getting a SIM card for a SmartWatch with great results, I decided to switch our Smart Phones to SpeedTalk as well. Initially I received incorrect SIM cards from Amazon. I contacted SpeedTalk customer service via email. Within minutes I got a reply stating they were looking into the issue. After submitting some additional information, 2 new SIM cards were mailed to me to replace the incorrect ones. My phone works just like before but I will be saving more than 50% of what I used to pay. Managing the numbers are so easy to do by logging into the online portal. I am very happy with the decision to switch.

Bad reception
I only needed a 30-day SIM card. I purchased this card because I saw an advertisement and thought it was a 30-day prepaid card. The signal reception is very poor, GPS doesn't work, there are places with no network coverage at all, and calls using apps often get disconnected. I thought I would just let it go after the 30 days were up. However, to my surprise, when the 30 days were almost over, my credit card was charged an additional $18.50. When I called customer service, they told me that it automatically renewed when I activated the card, and there was no way to get a refund. I do not recommend this card at all, and I regret not fully trusting the bad reviews I saw at the time.

What a Deal for Unlimited Talk Text and 4gb Data too
The media could not be loaded. My son had T-Mobile cell service and his Plan was costing $50 per Month. I bought my Son this Speed Talk Sim Card kit and it fit in his iPhone X just fine. Followed instructions on Sim Card Kit and was up and running within 10 Minutes. Speed Talk states that Data might take up to 48 hours it says in the Sim card Kit instructions, however my Sons went into settings and changed the Network Code to MNET, and Data worked instantly! In my Area, Fort Myers Florida, Speed Talk runs off of T-Mobile Towers which is Strong coverage everywhere my Son Travels. My son says Snap Chat works fine so The Data speed is OK, not as Fast as Regular T-Mobile but fast enough to run the Apps that an 18 yr old has on their phone. I will say that Speed Talk requires a Credit/Debit Card to be on File when signing up, which I put down for my Son's account. It does Give the Option to Check or Uncheck the Box if you do Not want to Auto Renew each Month. I always put a Prepaid Credit/Debit card down on these type of Service Request to limit my Liability, but that's just me after I got burned on my Kids asking for my Credit Card to Buy Stuff on Roblox, then Later getting Huge Surprises. LOL Overall I give Speed Talk 5 Stars because for $18 "What I paid" this is a Nice inexpensive cell phone service option.

The data plan is not enough; try something else
The unlimited talk plan is brilliant, but they must beef up their data offerings.

Unbeatable for the price
I bought this SIM card for a trip to the US that was less than 30 days. Activated the card via a website when I landed. The big CON here is that you need to list a valid credit card when registering even though you have paid for the card via Amazon already; this is so the company can charge you for another month after the 30 days. This wasnt a problem for me or anyone who remembers to deactivate the SIM card before the 30 day deadline or before you leave the country. The data goes to 2G after you use up your 4GB of data, which is painfully slow for any kind of surfing but will still support Whatsapp and online messengers, even voice calls on Skype and Whatsapp.Service was great in Chicago, Miami, the Florida Keys (save a big chunk between the tip of Florida and Key Largo), and Austin, TX.Long story short I will be buying another of these SIM cards next time come to the US.

Less data than I bought and port fee
I paid 11 dollars for the 2 gig plan and ended up with a 500 mb plan which I never would have gotten. After using 500 mb Internet was disabled. Not slowed but no Internet and they want to charge me 20 bucks to port my number out.

Problem in data
EDIT:Seller responded to my review instantly and sent directions to solve the issue. We are working on solving the issue.I also realized that my phone was a part of the problem. Once I changed it, data worked just fine. There is no false advertising here. In fact, customer service is excellent!purchased the 18$ plan which supposedly offers unlimited data, texts, and calls for 30 days. Texts and calls work fine. Data service is pathetic. The only thing it does is Whatsapp texting. Nothing else works, no browsing, no maps, no FB.I am OK with paying higher price to get decent service, but I am NOT ok with false advertising.

Unreliable
Service was unreliable for the whole time. I could barely get any calls out and my data was slow. Not recommended! It auto renewed and they won't even consider giving me a partial refund ,I have not used the service at all for the period it auto renewed for.* Update *A different Speedtalk representative reached out to me via Amazon on 29 August 2022. The person was more understanding and issued a refund for the auto renewal.
