Perfect gift for rugby lover and England supporter
Was brought as a gift and definitely was a good choice. Price was perfect and even if it was more I'd have still even brought it. I chose the hardback copy and makes it that little more extra within the cost too. Book is full if interesting facts and background information. Images to look back onto too. Came in perfect condition and thankfully still is

A History of the English Rugby Team as told by the Men Involved
Behind the Rose by Stephen Jones and Nick Cain is a very good book detailing the history of the English Rugby team from 1871 to 2014. Based on the accounts of those who have the honour to have worn the Red Rose, it is an enjoyable journey through the highs and lows of nearly 150 years. While it is not a detailed examination of every match, tournament or incident involving England, it, nevertheless, is an interesting overview of the history of the English Rugby team.Overall, a very good book.

OK for beginners
Great foe a beginner but not a true follower of Rugby.

A bit disappointing.
Absolutely tiny print, which makes it difficult for the reader to concentrate on the content, even when they're wearing reading glasses.
