What are the measurements of a medium? chest? arm length? length?

I don't know measurements but i am a guy who has always worn a Medium jacket but i had to send the medium back and get a large. If you're a small girl order a medium.

I’m 5 ‘1 and 160, would a large fit on me baggy or should I get an XL for it to be a bit baggy?
