This was the perfect answer to the gap in my blinds! I wanted pitch black in my room and was able to get it with these. They are super easy to install and the quality has been great. I was able to easily cut them with my kitchen scissors and they stuck to the wall with no problem.

GREATLY reduces light leaks around the edges of blackout shades. Let there be darkness!One star taken off for value for money. Seems a bit pricey for the materials involved, but otherwise, five stars. Also, not trivial to fit around the blind brackets, and requires modification (i.e. cutting up) for satisfactory results - but that's not the fault of this product. Ideally, you'd leave a SLIGHT (1/8") gap on both sides of your made-to-measure blackout shades when installing to allow room for these to go in with less fuss, but if we're talking "ideally," ideally the shade companies would license these and sell them to you as an option up front.

I measured and cut these for my bedroom window and it looks great. Really helps keep the extra sunlight out of my room.

This product still lets quite a bit of light in. It’s not black out. We have white molding so it reflects a lot of light on the sides and bottom. We can pull down the shades to prevent the light at the bottom but needed something for the sides. This product doesn’t allow you to fully pull down the shades. It let a lot of light in at the bottom. The side tracks are too short and still let light through.The refund policy is deceptive. It says you can have a full refund within 30 days. What it doesn’t say is that you have to pay $35 shipping to return it. If I would have known this initially, I would not have purchased this item.

Great product, accomplished what our blackout curtains and honeycomb blinds could not. These were easy enough to cut and measure and work really well in our child's nursery.One thing to note - the adhesive doesn't joke around. Once you set it in place there's no way you are getting it out without ruining it. Be really sure when you are about to set these into place. I made this mistake and set the first beam a little too high. No problem - I covered the gap at the bottom with the extra from having cut it shorter.
