I was having a lot of nosebleeds caused by using Nasacort daily. A friend told me that she had started mixing Ponaris about 50/50 with her Nasacort and it stopped her nosebleeds. I tried it and it works very well. No more nosebleeds, plus I am able to use the same number of squirts, which means I'm actually using half as much Nasacort. So it is better in every way.Also, my wife was having bad problems with one sinus due to seemingly incurable reflux. I filled an empty Nasacort bottle with pure Ponaris so it would spray easier and she sprays it into her nose every night. It has made a huge improvement in her sinus problem.

This is best product on the market if you have allergies. Put drops in nose tilt head back and it clears your sinuses

Works way better than I expected. Wish it was easier to clean out the dropper and also wish the dropper had measurement lines on it but still highly recommend. Great smell without being overpowering and if you haled to taste it down the back of your throat, doesn't have a bitter taste. Highly recommend!

I had a medical procedure done on my sinuses and I found this product and used it for relief of drying and it also helped relieve some of the pain associated with it. Highly recommend for summer and winter it’s much like chapstick for your nose and use this regularly now.

I cracked up when I read another reviewer's comment that this nasal oil helps with the winter "crusties." It definitely does do that! It does not, however, keep me from getting stopped up my early morning. It has provided some needed relief so I'm using it consistently and I'd say for at least half the night, my sinuses stay clear. No one else in the house is having winter dryness issues yet and the humidity of the house is staying right around 35 so I guess I'm just sensitive to the cold air at night.On the less than stellar side, it's like having Pine Sol running down your sinuses and the back of your throat. After a few nights though, you pretty much get used it and not once has it made me nauseous or gag. If you're planning on any romantic overtures in the evening, I'd recommend waiting to apply the nose drops until after, unless Pine Sol infused kisses are your partner's thing.Update: I've been using this fairly consistently for two weeks straight. I chose not to use it one night and woke up the next morning with a sinus headache! It has been below freezing outside for a week straight at night so I may just have to keep these stocked up!

I’ve purchased this multiple times since I fly a lot and live in the desert. It’s great. I also have purchased it multiple times because, if you’re not careful, the bottle will leak. Good luck once the emollient is anywhere outside of the bottle. It becomes a sticky, tacky mess and I start over.

My doctor recommended that I begin using Ponaris as my interior of my nose is always crusty. He was right that odor initially can be a turnoff. The product has been very helpful in keeping my nasal passages moist and decreasing the crustiness in my nose. I no longer even notice the initial smell.
