Unlike every can that says it's restartable, this is *actually* restartable. Huge huge difference. Sturdy, easy to control, easy to clean. I accidentally left it open and uncleaned over night and it still restarted the next day. It didn't seem to be compatible with a can of lepage expanding foam. It physically fit well but almost nothing would come out. Could have been the can. Worked very well with Great Stuff Pro.

I got this foam gun a couple of days ago because I had messed up my previous one by not cleaning it well enough. My husband was upset with me because he told me it was going to cost $50 for a new one, so I set out to find a better, less expensive one. When I found this on Amazon I thought I would give it a try because it says it is no-clean and apparently, I don't know how to clean a foam gun! I actually really hate dealing with cleaning these things. My husband was skeptical, so I bought it. It doesn't come with directions and the box looks like it is written in Russian, but I had read enough on the Amazon description to know it has a latch on it that you close and then spray out the rest of the foam that is in the barrel. So I did some foaming, locked the latch, sprayed out the remaining foam, attempted to clean off the nozzle and then left it for 2 days. When my husband went to use it after that, once again he started in that I hadn't cleaned it well enough and that I probably ruined it. He did have to scrape off the end a bit, but the gun worked perfectly! There wasn't any residue left in the barrel and there were absolutely no problems with it. He, however, decided to run the cleaner through it after he used it, but it seems that it really is a no-clean foam gun. As a word of caution, there is still A LOT of foam still in the barrel after locking it, so be sure you have a few more things to spray or you will forfeit the extra foam.

These guys did a great job at improving on the Great Stuff gun AND at a more reasonable price. After a neighbor ruined my $50 gun, I was hesitant to buy a replacement - the original was too expensive and the alternatives looked like cheaper versions. This gun, however, is superior. The locking valve for the barrel is exactly what was missing. Great job!

Shut the valve and you empty the foam with pressure thats in the gun. I used the gun a week later and it worked perfectly. It has a control knob that regulates the flow. The Great stuff cans with the included straw are nice but the gun works much better with greater control. I bought a can of cleaner but so far haven t needed it. This gun is a real bargain

I've always used great stuff brand guns because of availability. I was pleased to find this much more affordable and compact gun. The gun worked great for the 1st few cans of foam I put through it, then the cans didn't seem to fit quite tight enough and foam began to leak out of the connector.
