Can the rose be dipped in chocolate?

I bought this rose cutter set a few months ago to make some gum paste roses for my niece's wedding cake. They turned out beautiful and looked so real. If you dip them in chocolate you would loose all your detail. The gum paste dries really hard, so it might be able to hold up to a thin layer of chocolate. Fondant would not hold up at all. I honestly would not recommend covering them in chocolate though.

There are 2 different veiners sets shown in the product pictures, which one is it??

We sale both of them, one is concave, one is convex. Two press together, then the veiners will come out.
