Did not function
The transducer was bad out of the box, couldn’t even find the bottom of the lake. After emailing the company MANY times (including them having me drive to the lake, drill a hole, then take a picture of the screen) they agreed to send me parts. Now Three weeks into the process they still haven’t shipped the parts. I email them regularly for updates and they thank me for being patient…. But don’t send the parts. Garbage product, even worse customer service.

Does not work. Customer service is worthless.
Doesn’t work. Spent $450 for this unit for an ice fishing trip. Spent money traveling to a remote fishing spot, only to be aggravated with a worthless unit.
