I am using it on my pull up bar but the fabric bunches and feels like you’re trying to use a cell phone chord to hold yourself up. If you are extremely light perhaps this won’t hurt so much ? Anyways o try to hold it apart and flat so it won’t bunch together but eventually it does slip together .

I was moved by the unique and unmatched stretch strap. I am extremely love it. This is my first time living in America alone even outside my home country. I am a crazy fans of ballet. I can't leave it without ballet in my life. So I have to stretch my body everyday! But few days ago, my strap which accompany with me for 8 years was splited. I have to buy a new strap with better values. It came in time and easy to install on the door as describe. I have use it nearly everyday.I could say it is a sturdy and safe rope for daily stretching. I am studying yoga now. Cause the instrction shows a lot of yoga movements. It takes me to the life I enjoyed and brings me to the life I never tried. Thank you! Still have to say this is incredible. It is a part of my life.

Be careful when buying this. I weigh 145lb. My house was built this year and the doors are not heavy at all. Everytime I try to bend back, I feel my door bending. My husband can actually see the door trying to buckle. I had to send it back. Just make sure you have a nice sturdy door.

It’s strong, works as intended, cute color very accurate to the pictures (I got the hot pink one). It’s a little difficult/scary to use at first haha. Was one of very few options on Amazon with pictures of both leg stretches and other back bend, etc. stretches being doable, which was important to me; works 👍

The product works, but it was difficult to place it on door (and keep in place as you close door) for me as I am very short. Unfortunately had to return.

This products is cheap. It functions well, but the fabric is so thin it's painful to use. I tried to hang upside down like the picture and there's a reason she's holding up her weight. it feels like it's cutting into your skin.

Material feels a little cheap but it does the job
