GENUINE HYDRATION
Both pictures are fresh after washing and air dried 1 year apart. I have been using this shampoo & conditioner (hydrate) as my hair had 0 elasticity, extremely dry and just damaged beyond repair. I haven’t used any treatments alongside this other than leaving heat to a minimum and the pictures speak for themselves. I now feel confident enough to embrace my natural hair for all occasions!The scent is ambery & phenomenal which lingers all day.Each bottle is generous, salon quality & reflects the price you pay.

Pump bottle broken
The pumps on these are soo annoying, they take a long time to pump, not very good quality. You would expect it to be better for the price you are paying.

Brilliant
Nothing bad to say!Now I bought these because my hairdresser advised me to! As I’ve got extensions, otherwise I wouldn’t have because of the price tag - I’ve spent a lot on shampoo and conditioner in the past that hasn’t impressed me at all.This smells insane, the most insane I’ve ever smelt hair stuff!My hair came out absolutely amazing afterwards, glossy, shiny & soft.Couldn’t recommend more.

This is absolutely loved in our household ❤️. Everyone's hair is shiny, nourished & it smells gorgeous. Yes it's a bit expensive but worth it

Extremely bad
Very bad, dry the hair, work against the name as makes hair frizzy and difficult to manageExpensive and not doing the job.I was using smooth one for 2 years and now it is replaced with anti frizz. Highly regret buying this one

Great shampoo and conditioner but the pumps really are awful. Would only purchase again if that issue was sorted.
