Two elastic straps are attached for easy wear on the shoulders. An iron wire is embedded in the wings so they can be bent to different angles. Dress not included.

The straps would not hold. They tear easily. It is NOT a good product. Don't recommend it.

Very poor quality
I was highly unsatisfied with this product. It was made of cardboard , feathers some light material to hold the wings & broke the minute I put them on my back . I did not get to use the product

feather fell off and left blue splotches everywhere and it it is VERY small
it broke as soon as i opened it feather fell of and it looked horrible i put adult size and it was very small it could barely fit on me this product is very bad.
