I ordered this trolley for beach and camping activities. Due to improper packing from the factory in China, three wheels came damaged. I contacted the seller and sent him the photos of the damage, and he promptly replaced the 3 wheels within 5 days. Giving a 5* as the seller responded promptly and replaced the damaged part.On the product, it looks ok and worth the money you pay for. I used it once, and it held about 60 Kg with no fuss. Not loaded it to 80 Kgs, which the manufacturer claims are the rated carrying capacity.
