I bake my cannoli shells in a muffin pan usually since baking is healthier (ish) that frying. Are these oven safe?

They are absolutely safe to use in the oven. You might want to turn them after a bit, so the bottoms don't cook/brown faster than the rest of the cannoli.

is it stainless steel inside as well? or is it covered with something?I want to use them as popsicle molds. don't the the smell of the plastic ones..
