Sounds like some people who ordered this have never installed a basic cut sticker you have to peel back the clear price as it is a big piece of take you take that and lay it slowly over the top of the sticker to completely overlap the sticker they press down all over to assure a good stick then you peel the paper back wiggle it back and forth and some letters may not peel back as easy as other so manipulate the paper a bit to help those come off as well this isn’t a peel and stick your gonna have to have some patience ... good luck mine came out flawless

The instructions are very unclear. First you take the clear paper off the sheet and the sticky side goes on the decals. Also note, that some decals are not in the proper order do need to be done separately from the rest of the decal. For example, friend is vertical and the rest is horizontal. After trying to get it transferred, it took two people about 15 minutes (does not include the 20 minutes of trying to figure out how to transfer the decal and had to come to Amazon to read people’s comments as a guide.

I ordered this sticker for my grandsons' room at my house. I read the instructions several time, but it never said to peel the back off the transfer sheet..."beginner" remember? Once I went on DIY and watch several videos, I figured it out. But nice lettering. Not the best for textured walls like mine.

you have to take your time to put this up , take graph paper off first then place sticky side onto the wording carefully , cut the friends section off then use the credit card to place the words on the sticky side from paper side then place on the wall carefully and still use credit card as you are pulling paper off

This product is horrible! We followed the directions and only a few letters came off. We even tried using our own better double sided adhesive and it still wouldn’t work! Completely disappointed in this and would not recommend buying it! Waste of time and money.

The image is great. Its just that every letter is 1 single sticker and you have to piece together the balls sticker by sticker. Kinda hard to assemble on the wall, have to be neat!

This was rather annoying to put each letter together as they were stickers. It was annoying because you needed a STEADY HAND AND patience to put words together. I wont buy this again. Was NOT worth the money. Not easy to assemble.

This was so hard to put up. The transfer tape is super sticky, so the image did not want to separate or stick to the wall. It took me over an hour to put it up. I had to pick at the edges of each letter to get it to pull away from the backing. I gave up on the basketball image because it would not come off. No amount of rubbing would help.
