This remote is all I was hoping it would be. The old one was, for the most part, unresponsive. I had to hold the volume control for up to a minute before it would affect my amp/receiver...The new controller works immediately.That's *much* better. While it's definitely a "first-world problem," there is now that much less stress piled on top of my day when I try to relax.

Item worked great right out of the box. Very similar to the OEM remote it replaced. I am very happy with this remote.
