This item may be a little more expensive than others I have found on Amazon, but it is very good quality and is firmer than the other ones that I purchased. This foam is more like a bed mattress type foam so it does hold up my neck well and should last a long time.

Cushion Lab Neck Roll pillow is very comfortable and just firm enough without being to hard. This pillow is just the right size for me to use in my recliner. Allows my neck to relax and muscle tension to ease. I also use this pillow when laying in bed. I like that it has a washable cover. I have also found that it is great for my lumbar area when my lower back is acting up.

When I first pulled this out of the box it felt as hard as a pool noodle, but it softened up.Likes: It's more supportive than a regular pillow and the memory foam adjusts to fit your neck. I like to use it to support my back.Dislikes: Have you ever woken up with your hair tangled in a zipper? Not fun. The cover has a zipper on it, and the white fabric looks dingy very quickly. I recommend the seller to offer other colors or cases. (Maybe they do?) Also, if I don't have the pillow just right, it's too tall and pushes my chin down towards my chest. If I get it positioned just right with the memory foam, that isn't always a problem.Honestly, I don't think it's helped with my neck pain at all, but it's better than the pillow I was using, and it's compact for travel!
