Always looking for books with a purpose to use in training sessions or to learn something new. This is one of those books. Enjoyed it, but had to return it because our business needs changed and it was no longer needed for the purpose we intended when bought.

All internal/external, junior/senior consultant or you have to do a specific consulting job in your organization or for a client, this book is an excellent tool to give you the basic (and more) to help you to diagnose.Being a "junior" I found them easy to use and "implement" and the results had high impact on my surprised customers. I’ve had this book for years and have worn it out. I wish the authors would write a new book with new topics. Organizations change, priorities change, and we need new tools all the time.

Great and simple easy.

The purchase was supposed to provide downloadable templates. They do not work as advertised. I will return this book.

Used for developing my own Consulting business. Pulled many ideas and concepts from it.
