Bad quality for the first time
I am a regular customer of bluetokai from long time. I don’t have any issue till today. But for the first time I got beans with all kind of sizes and even some are robusta. Felt very bad by seeing this. It seems like they have sent the left over assorted beans to online customer. I may need to look for another rosters from now.

Last few weeks ‘beans have changed’ in both size and taste
Last few weeks the ‘ Tokai Vienna Roast’ has been bland, without much taste, prior to about a month ago, the taste was great.The recent beans, I noticed are smaller in size, so takes more weight of them to fill my grinder to top and most importantly these new strain of beans have a flat bland taste, and have lost that flavourful full body taste.A shame, as I was enjoying them, prior to a month agoUnfortunately, does not seem to be a consistent product ie taste wise , so I won’t be ordering them any more.
