The lagging bolts were good for the job of mounting an antenna tripod. The sealing strips were too small. They are only 1 x 3 inches. They should be 2 x 5 inches so the user can trim them to size. I used flex seal tape instead….

Easy to use and seals very well under the tripod feet. Sticks to bottom of tripod feet and stays in place while you set the tripod feet then drill and insert the lag bolts and tighten them down.

Needed this kit to mount my starlink dish to my shingled roof. The asphalt pads ensure water tight connection without leaks. The price was surprisingly economical for what you get. Highly recommend this item

This product was perfect for the installation of my tripod needed no other things to install it.

The bolts are strong and worked perfectly with a Winegard 39” J pole. The patches work as you would expect. They have withstood rain and snow on the roof over the past month.I recommend applying the patches on a cool day so you can maneuver them without getting sticky too fast. Also, drill your holes before putting the patches in place or else the substance will adhere to your drill bit and create a mess.Other than that, I would purchase again.

Taking 1 star off because the mounting kit only came with 6 screws and most tripod mounts come with 3 holes per leg. I didn't count the screws ahead of time so I drilled 3 holes per leg and was disappointed that I now had 3 extra holes in my roof. This was fixed by a trip to the store to pick up that black tar stuff, but when you impulse buy a "mounting kit" that amazon pairs with a tripod mount, some assumptions are made.

These were OK, although they were thinner and cheaper than some I have used in the past. I do think they will do the job of sealing, just wish they were a bit more substantial/thick.

The Skywalker Signature Series Pitch Pad Kit arrived on 18 Feb 2017, but the sealant material was stuck to the bag, and to the bolts. A real mess that should not have been for a winter time delivery. Recommend wearing gloves while handling this material. I am sure it will do the job of sealing the holes created by the lag bolts, so that is why I am giving it a 3 star rating. If the sealant would have been packaged better, I am sure the rating would have been deserving of a higher rating, but the bolts are not the strong of a grade of steel, and the messy sealant issue equals the 3 stars.

I used this kit to install my antenna mount. It worked well.
