Heats up the room just as described - No problems at all. Keeps my house nice and warm. Easy to use. I would recommend having the plummer install the gas line just to be safe - unless you've already have one.

Warms up my two car garage with little effort. Very nice unit. The installation was very easy as well. Be sure to note the steps required if you are going to use as I did natural gas.

I bought one of these about a year ago and it died about one month ago. So I ordered a new one just like the old one, so I wouldn't have to change the gas lines to hook it up. Well that worked great, but this unit only worked for about 30 minutes and stopped working all together. All I can say is this is more Chinese junk, where these company's do not care about quality only about quantity. Stay away from Kozy world products.

has an odor which doesn't allow me to work in the garage without the door open other wise its okay

This is a good heater. It's great to have the option for NG or Propane. However I would not recommend this for an RV or other small closed spaces. The vent-free heater gives off a fairly strong smell that is bearable for short time but if you are sleeping around it you might experience light symptoms from the off-gas.That said. This heater heats up the air around it very fast. The built-in thermostat works well to shut off at desired temperatures.The thermostat is on the bottom of the unit, I believe. It wouldn't shut off unless the floor was warm, too.Solid build unit. Worked in Denver at an altitude of 5280 feet.I was quite satisfied. It just isn't the right for an RV.You can hook it up to a propane tank with a regulator hose and an male to male 3/8" fitting.Good buy.

It was a very good value for the product and I had comparison shopped for some time. The shipping time was very good. The product was exactly what I had been looking for.It took a while before I found someone to install it for me, but once installed try as we might we cannot get the pilot to light. I think I may have a lemon, but that is no reflection upon Amazon itself they are a great company and I intend to keep using them. As a matter of fact I dont want my money back but another one that works.

This unit has been in use all winter. Our natural gas bill barely budged and it kept the rec room at 60 degrees even in below zero weather. It was never set above 2 and usually kept on 1. We liked it so much we are going to buy another one for the garage bathroom when it is built. It was highly recommended by our plumber, who also has one.

The heater is all that it said it would be, the only problem I had was it was set for propane gas and after it was connected to a natural gasline, it was malfunctioning but was not obvious why. I stumbled on the fact it was set for propane, I had to remove it from the wall and open the back to find this out but after I set it to natural gas, it worked great.

I find this heater great for the cabin .

Haven't had the time to set it up yet. Once done I will add more comment.

Excellent product, heats up my porch nicely. Easy to install.
