Q: Does this liner have suction cups on the sides?

No, it has magnets inside at the bottom and yes they do work. You keep the liner on the inside of tub and your shower curtain outside. It's a great product! I bought one and will be buying more, they're keeping my new shower curtain with a scene printed on it looking great and so it will last much longer than without one.

Q: How many grommet holes (?) does it have at the top for the rings. I'm looking for one with 12.

Mine had 13 holes. Yeah 13. Just slits and no grommets. What am I gonna do with the extra flap hanging over from behind my main curtain? Junk!!

Are use it with a shower curtain, but I leave the shower curtain on the outside of the tub and put the liner on the inside of the tub and it is very effective at keeping the shower curtain dry and intact. I have been using the liner for about four years and have experienced no problems whatsoever. Of course I am comparing this liner too others that I have used, and so far it is much better. I would go so far as to say it’s superior. Try it.
