Where would a good place to play this game be?

It's not a game that could be played in a place as much as over time. It sends you on random tasks that could take weeks to complete. I imagine it would be easier in a city though.

If I want to play this with a few friends, do we each need a deck?

Yes, because the object is to get rid of all your cards. One person can play, like a pay-it-forward type of thing, but if you're making it competitive, each person should have their own. I wouldn't know how you would separate them evenly if you only had one deck.

I'm looking for team building ideas. How would you recommend I use this for a work team building exercise?

Yes! For adults it would be fun. I just felt for kids it was a bit much. There are some fun cards for team building .

Are there different cards in different packs?

From what I can tell, each pack contains the same 54 missions.Each physical card has a unique tracking number that anyone can use to register the card on a map when they get it, and the sneakycards.com website provides an easy way for you to register your whole deck and see where your cards have gone.
