I’ve been sleeping on this mat nightly for about six months now, and the improvements I’ve experienced have been truly remarkable. One of the biggest surprises? We loved the movie so we started earthing about 1 month ago. I can tell a big difference in my quality of sleep and my back pain. I ordered the matt for days that are raining or that we can not get outdoors. I have used it for a few days and I really like it. I think the price was good and the fact it came with the book made it even better. I believe in sticking to the things designed by Clint Ober since he started this whole thing with the movie.

This Mat is fabulous, and I love how it comes with a grounding tester, so you can see if your plugs are grounded. If they aren’t, you have to purchase a grounding rod or the mat doesn’t work. Hence, it can’t ground you if the plug isn’t grounded.I bought the smaller size to start with until I could decide if I want to purchase one for my bed. This mat is advertised for sitting or standing on (mostly), but I also lay on it while napping. It’s smallish, so I don’t expect for it to reach all over when I do. However, I began experiencing great sleep after using it for a while—maybe two and a half weeks. I noticed within days that I am able to fall asleep fast if I lay on it when I do nap or even sleep on it at night. I believe time will tell with more extravagant affects. The instructions do explain that every person reacts differently and affects and timing of them vary from person-to-person.I will be purchasing the mat for my bed, and perhaps, the grounding pillow shams, too! I am so excited to see my well-being increase as time goes on; I don’t get outdoors as much as I would like, and this mat can supplement my earthing needs between outdoor trips.
