Was super easy to program to my vehicle using a paperclip to jump between #4 and #8 pins on OD2 port. If you do it right, you will hear the door locks activate, after that hold down both buttons until door locks activate again and release. Remove the jumper.

Ordered the two fobs which arrived fast. Had to put a new battery in each fob and then they worked great. Hooked up to my 1997 Chevy Silverado.

Work as it should on my 1998k1500

Doesn’t work for my 1996 Silverado. The QR code for the instructions doesn’t work. I looked it up online and the programming window should be about 30 seconds but I couldn’t get it to work. So I popped the back off to see the LED blinking and it only blinks for maybe 10 seconds and never connected to my truck. I ended up trying a different battery and the symptoms did not change

This is just a heads-up for anyone considering one for their ‘96 Silverado. I noticed the fob was compatible with the '96 Suburban, which shares many mechanical, interior, and hardware components with the Silverados… just not the keyless entry receiver, apparently. I returned this fob and purchased an OEM version that instantly paired with my truck, so it was definitely just a compatibility issue.No bad review here, though.If your vehicle is explicitly listed as compatible, I recommend it. It’s a simple design with a battery and easy-to-follow instructions right out of the box. I will remember this brand in case I need one for another vehicle in the future.
