How thick is each pillow?

Each pillow is rather thin but I like it that way. I put separate pillow cases on each layer and then put 4 pillows in my bed

it is one pillow case with 3 thin down pillows in the cotton cover. You can remove one or two of the thin pillows to adjust thickness..

What is the difference between version 1.0 gusseted and version 2.0 gusseted?

I’m not there we’re three pillows seems same size and you can choose to put 1 2 or 3 in the case they are very thin we bought it for our special needs daughter to put under her head a regular pillow is just to thick for her
