Easy to drink. No iky taste. Dissolve in water quickly. It works. I prefer the sugar free version, but it is not available.

Arrived as promised. orange flavor mixes well with water or juice. . Works to add extra fiber to ones diet. Frequently helps to relieve of conspitation and also with diarrhea, if taken as ordered.

Does the job!
My GP recommended I try this for IBS-C and gas, and I am very happy with the results. It definitely does its job. I take only two standard-size spoonfuls every evening (which is less than a lot of people seem to do), and since starting it, I literally never have any issues. I can't believe it took so long for me to give it a try. I like the taste, it's like Tang or flat orange soda. Not something I balk at taking every evening.I am taking one star off for the price.
