The size runs just a tad small. My daughter wore this as part of her Mary Poppins costume and it was adorable. Since its stretchy, the sizing being off a little bit didn't really matter too much. Great value for the price. She's worn it with other outfits since then and its very cute.

I should say I’m an adult, but I’m only 5 foot four. I had a skirt like this in high school and loved it, so I wanted to get a replacement. It’s perfect. Because the top folds down I can easily change the length. Super comfortable and versatile. I love it, and it’s just like the one I practically lived in during high school. If you are getting it for a younger lady, understand that the length is variable. She can leave the house with quite a long skirt but make it much shorter elsewhere.
