Convenient and easy to use
Easy to use and especially easy to clean, which is very important. I if you’re using it for what it’s attended for.The nozzle could be a little softer instead of the harder plastic.It would be better if the cap were reverse threaded in order to not to unscrew the cap when opening spout

Good size and easy squeeze.Opening the nozzle is easy enough on the bike. I use both hands, not my teeth.

Good but individual Gu are easier
Great sturdy product everything works great and holds up on long hikes. Refilling can be kind of a pain also if you like different flavors lie I do this probably wouldn’t be the best choice because it holds more than one serving of gu so you would have to purchase multiple. A great positive though with sticking with one flavor is that you reduce trash you have to carry with you.
