Does anyone know how many CFUs of probiotics this product has? It just says 40mg. Most probiotics say 1 or 2 billion.

is this chewable or do you swallow?

This tablet is made to be dissolved in your mouth. It only takes a few minutes and you should move the tablet around in your mouth when you're dissolving it. There are oral probiotic tablets that can be chewed but every one of those that I've seen has it marked chewable on the bottle and states it in the instructions. My personal opinion is that oral probiotics that you dissolve in your mouth give you the best results where you need it. I've used both types and if I buy a chewable oral probiotic I will still dissolve it in my mouth.

The bottle says to store in a cool dry place. Does it make a difference if it's in the refrigerator or a cabinet? Will longevity/efficacy be affected?

I keep mine in a bathroom drawer. recommend keeping the Silica-dry packet in the bottle until you finish the bottle.
