How does it adjust? Can I get an image?

This shows how to adjust the vertical laptop stand to fit. There are 4 screws on the bottom. You loosen them once, fit your laptop, then tighten.

Will this fit iPad Pro 12.9 securely?

Depends on what you mean by “securely.” The stand doesn’t even clamp down to the width of my M2 Air. So it won’t fit any iPad “tightly.” It will hold it up fine, just loosely.

Does this hold Dell laptop?

I have a 19" hp laptop. It holds mine fantastic!
