I only been using it for about a week and half. The taste is tolerable and it seems to be working for me. For anyone who is iffy on buying, if you are sensitive to taste get the pills instead. It tastes exactly like vanilla extract, but after a while it starts to taste like vanilla extract plus cough medicine. But, I like it and I plan on buying another once I’m done with my first one.

Improved nails strength!

I've only been taking it for a week so far so I can't speak on if it works or not. However, I used SBR Biotin in the past and it was helpful for strengthening my nails. The taste is tolerable (a bit like a mild grape cough syrup) and it's easy to use. Hopefully it will be beneficial to my nail and hair growth.

I just started to use this product, and while I can’t yet comment on its effectiveness, I will say it is so far Everything described. Dosing is easy, and the flavor is pleasant. It’s a little tricky keeping it “under the tongue “ for 30-60 seconds, but I don’t really consider that a negative. I like the ample dose of both collagen and biotin and this liquid form is an easy delivery system.

Liquid Biotin is a vanilla flavor. Good Flavor. Easy to Swallow. Have not seen results with my hair. Nails are stronger. Will continue to use this product.

I've been taking this only a month, not seeing much results yet. So going to try to switch to capsules. The flavor is good.
