The mats I received have a very strong rubber odor even after airing them outside for a week, the odor is suffocatingly strong. What to do?

I noticed the same strong rubber petroleum odor. The odor has dissipated over time. I washed mine with soap and water, dish detergent and it seemed to help.

Would they fit a Honda accord 2016 model ?

Sorry , I do not know Honda. Two fronts are very fit for SUV. Two backs are too small.

Would they fit a Honda Civic 2015 model ?

Well i have them in my 2015 Ford Fusion which I believe is similar in size and so I think they'll for just fine. The front mats are probably a bit longer then your factory ones but i like that cause they cover more of the carpeted surface area. And the rear ones fit great. Covering just a bit more area as well but definitely not over sized. Plus,you came beat the price! Hope this helped! -Nate
