What temperature and how long for cups

Of course you have to test this out for your cup and heat source... but I use a tumbler heat press on stainless steel tumblers. 345 degrees, 30 sec rotate 180 degrees, 30 sec rotate 90 degrees, 15 sec rotate 180 degrees, final 15 sec.
