IS this slide on or is it velcor down the whole 6 feet?

I have a 2-1/2 foot chandelier cord I want to cover, how long should the cover be for the most attractive look?

I would suggest at least 4 to 5 feet long if you want the gathered look on the cord.

The chandelier cord cover has velvro attached to both sides. You open it all the way and then out it around your cord. When you ooen it and cover your cord either side closes shut by attaching to the velcro. It looks great on my hanging chandelier. Covers the cord and scrunches up for a great designer look.
