Q: What is a Florida weave for trellising? How is it done?

If you're growing indeterminant tomato plants, I would recommend a stronger twine for Florida weave, like a polypropylene or nylon twine with a tensile strength of at least 150 pounds. This is 59-pound strength twine -- not terribly strong for lasting the whole summer under the weight of a lot of plants. For Florida weave, I recommend tall (8+ft) t-posts at the end of each row, dug in deep, and really strong twine every 12 inches up, pulled tight.

Q: Is this twine made of polypropylene? Heard that material not good around food especially in heat (hot sun all day.)

This twine is not meant for human consumption. It is for tying plants for support. There is zero chance that a tomato will inhale fumes from a plastic string and deposit them in your body. People freak out about the weirdest things these days.

Q: Is it strong enough to bundle cardboard boxes and other garbage?

Yes this will work fine for that, This does not easily break under hand strength, we tie pipe and other items with this all the time. It is not as thick as Hay or baling twine but is very strong.
