Art Explosion 300,000, DVD

It was cheap, but many of the images are styles that don't fit today's designs. Worst of all, you don't get a image to select, you have to select from a list of files! Tedious!

With an error message with this product in Windows 7, I did the following: Installed the Portfolio Browser as requested. Inserted the desired disc in the drive. When the message box came up on the computer screen asking me how I wanted to open this, I closed the box. I went to my Programs and opened the Portfolio Browser. When its box came up I clicked on the up folder until I came to the Computer and clicked on the DVD drive and then Open. This opened the Photo Catalog. I chose the subject I wanted and then clicked Open. This brought up the pictures. To change to another subject on this same disc, I clicked on File and then Open and I could then view the catalog again and click on another subject to open. Doing it this way I did not get any error message. Hope this helps somebody with Windows 7.

I was disappointed with the quality of the clip art. I was hoping that it would increase my clip art from my Hallmark Card Program. The clip art seems very childish and not the quality that I would put on a card. Maybe if you need clip art for another purpose, it might fit your needs. I did like the background clip art. That was very card-friendly and good. I did not use the pictures on the DVD only because I did not have the need for them, so they might be good for some purpose.If I had to do it over again knowing what I do, I would not purchase this item.
