Expectations need to be realistic
So I was recently diagnosed with asthma. I have an issue with fragrances at work. My coworkers have a habit of wearing a lot of fragrances, which set of asthma attacks. Yes, there is a policy that we are not to wear fragrances since it is a medical office, does not seem to matter as this is not enforced. This causes me to have issues with my balance, my ears, and has started to affect my job. After having to be out for three months and several test at the cost of a few thousand dollars they finally told me my asthma was affecting my balance in my hearing. Give you this backstory so that you can understand the importance of the mask for me.A patient of mine was concerned because I have great patients and let me know about these mask. So I bought one I didn’t charge it I just used whatever charge was on the mask when it came out of the box. I took it to work and I cut it on first at low. It was OK it did block out the fragrances. But on high it did remove the CO2 and the hot air. The silicone rubber piece is great and comfortable which is great when you have to work 8 to 9 hours and you basically have to leave the mask on all day until you get a lunch break. I’ve had it a couple days and what I found is, the charge gets me to lunch. I was having to put it on charge in my car so that I could try and make it the rest of the day. So I bought a second one, for one gets me from 745 to about 1230 as a battery starts to die around 12 o’clock. It does lose some of the ability to draw out the hot air but that’s to be expected because the batteries running low. Again expectations must be realistic. It tells you four to five hours, towards the end of the battery life the fan does lose some of the power. But for somebody who has to wear a mask 8 to 9 hours a day this mask has truly been helpful. I did buy a second one to get me from lunch to the end of the day. It does work great and I charge mine now since I have two at home and they’re ready for work.I like this fit and seal, and until the battery starts going dead, the airflow is great for me. I do have KN95s that I use when I go shopping at the grocery store the mall whatever because I don’t have to wear them for a long period of time. But for the money this mask is great the value the ability to use it and recharge. It is great you can’t beat the cost.I will say I have not tried cleaning it as it does say it’s washable. Each set comes with three mask So I am on the first set. all the other mass I’ve bought worn or even my office has provided don’t last past week of constant use. And the ones my office provides are uncomfortable is extremely tight fitting and by lunch I feel like I’m suffocating and getting lightheaded. In anytime I remove the mask to get some fresh air I run the risk of an asthma attack. So for the cost and what I need it for, it’s great and I would recommend it.But again, you must have realistic expectations, the battery will run dead faster at a higher speed than the lower speed. It will need to be changed out if you’re wearing it for more than a few minutes or even an hour whether it’s washable or not I don’t know I haven’t tried, but I do know it is allow me to do my job and not have to use my inhaler.

Not great
Cons: The mask is very thick and no air comes through. The fan isn't powerful enough to make up for that. I bought it because I have asthma, and had to take it off because I couldn't get a good breath in with it on my face.Pros: the cloth is good quality, with a good weave. It comes with 3 different color masks, all individually packed. The fan is quiet. It's very comfortable, especially the silicone nose piece. The straps go around your head instead of your ears, and are a nice thick soft material, that's very stretchy, with the little pill locks. It has no bad smell like some packaged masks. The size is great. It charges fast.I'm can't say with certainty if it's my asthma causing the difficulty with breathing through the mask, or how thick and closely woven the mask itself is. But the fan is not powerful enough.

Looks nice, but with a few issues
The mask looks nice, and so does the fan/battery attachment. It's definitely more difficult to get the fan unit on the mask than it needs to be, I'd much rather the 2 pieces snap together with a strong circular magnet rather than having to press very hard on the edge of a table and twisting to get it on, which is what I had to do.The biggest issue I had is it claims to remove heat and moisture from the mask. I actually experienced even more moisture than usual while using this, mainly moisture collecting in the upper rubber piece. The other issue I had is the fact that it has a single fan that pulls air out of the mask (which I knew upon purchasing). I had more trouble breathing than using a regular cloth mask because I felt that when you breathe in, through the mask, the fan grabs some of that air and sends it back out, shortening your intake of air. I stopped wearing it after the 2nd day due to it making my chest feel weird.I would like to see this companies take on a mask that also has an intake fan, and something else for the top rubber part that wont generate moisture. And of course, a different method to attach the unit so it's fast, simple, and user friendly.

I will buy this again, and recommend it.
I bought this mask, and a selection of others, to compare so I would have suggestions for clients at work, who struggle with masks. A few days after this one arrived, my husband tested positive for Covid, so here I sit, in a mask, typing on the computer. Since I'm sitting here, anyway, quarantined to the house, I may as well tell you what I think, haha. The battery charge that came with this mask died after about 20 minutes, but it charged up quickly, and I am now about three and a half hours into the full charge, with no obvious loss of power. The fan makes a little noise, and a little more noise on the high setting, but it is pretty quiet, especially considering how well it keeps the air moving. It fits my face comfortably, and I really like the rubber piece at the top, over the bridge of the nose, and onto the cheeks. It seems like it would be useful for preventing fogging of glasses. Obviously, I am not wearing any makeup, but I will say I am excited to see if this keeps eye makeup from 'melting'...I paid about $50US for this, and so far, it is absolutely worth it. It drives me nuts when people get something, and issue a review immediately, so if it stops working in an unreasonable amount of time, or somehow fails so be as good as it seems, I will let you know!On the bright side - you can't really tell from the photo, but the fan has a purplish light which shines from the bottom, which I just used, inadvertently, in a low light situation, picking up something on the floor in the bedroom, where someone is sleeping with a Covid headache.
