How can this gauge be used to test bathroom faucet pressure?

It is intended to hook up to a hose spigot. Testing pressure at a outside faucet will tell you the pressure throughout the house. If you test the pressure at an outside faucet and have normal pressure, the pressure at the sink will be the same. If you have low flow at the bathroom faucet, it most likely isn’t a pressure problem, but a flow problem. Most new inside faucets have flow restrictors. There are adapters included that will allow it to other sources, not sure about about bathroom faucet, haven’t tried it.

Will these adapters fit a standard pop up sprinkler head (by removing the top of the sprinkler sprayer) in order to measure the pressure of my system?

Yes, made in China. Mine had an air bubble in the Glycerin. Seller said it is normal and would not affect the measurements. Seems pretty sturdy and solid other than that
