I was in the market for something more streamlined than your usual tech-bag, that looked and felt good. This is exactly what I was looking for.Materials:- Great feeling materials, not cheap feeling or looking- Zippers feel great and heavy duty- The TSA lock doesn't feel cheap or clunky- The stitches are good qualityComfort:- Straps are comfortable, not too thick or thin- The back piece is padded and textured so it's comfortable and minimizes sweat- The handle is semi-hard making the bag comfortable to carry in handCompartments:- There's a spot for everything.- The compartment for the USB cable/battery is large so you can fit a sizable battery in there- The velcro backed bags are a great idea and keep your loose wires in one spot, not cluttering the bag. It also makes it easy to take out.- The laptop/tablet compartments are nicely padded with a soft material (like most soft laptop cases)Overall this bag has a great feel, is very comfortable to carry and is loaded with features. I am very satisfied with the purchase.

I have a 2 & 1/2 hour commute on public transport to and from work and bring my own laptop/gear/packed lunch. I tried several backpacks from well-known brands like Swiss Gear, Herschel, and even Travellon and although they were all great backpacks, they lacked in one or more of the following departments: function, comfort and safety. My back and shoulder pain was getting so bad after a year into my job that I was seeing a weekly physical therapist at 23 years old since I have something called "hyper-mobile shoulder blades".This backpack, however, I have been using for 2 months now and checks all the boxes! With its well-designed compartments, everything is extremely functional and the compactness also helped me to stop bringing unnecessary things that added to the weight of my backpack. Speaking of weight, the compartments and support on the straps helps distribute the weight and make it feel natural for me even when I'm carrying 7+ lbs of stuff on back and standing on a 30-minute train ride. Another plus for me as a commuter is the TSA lock and metal wire which allow me to feel safe on-the-go.

Absolutely loved this for quick on and off travel in India and China, however, it had one item that became super annoying getting through security constantly (which is why the 4* for traveling). The retractable bungee cord in the picture gets flagged about 50% of the time. I eventually got to where before going through security, I'd show them the cord so they'd know what it was before going through.Overall, I am still using this backpack and loving it. Solid product and definitely worth the investment.

Too bulky for the amount of space I needed but stylish and very efficient for staying organized. I returned it since I need more room for extra things like a sweater and such. If you need something strictly for work/ electrics only then I’d recommend this. Also, I noted that it looked a bit too masculine for my tastes.

Very secure backpack. Only downfall is that it does not hold a lot of items.
