This Unit is Only for Multimeters with a Selectable Temperature Setting
This adapter is for multimeters with a temperature setting on the selector. Older Fluke multimeters without a selectable temperature setting will still have to use the 80TK thermocouple adapter (and select the millivolt setting on the DMM). Fluke should put this in their product information for this adapter. If your DMM has a selectable temperature setting the adapter works just fine with K-type thermocouples.
