My husband was always talking about XXX root beer and saying it was the best root beer he had ever had--and that he hadn't had one since he was 18 (many, many years ago). I bought a 12-pack of this online, hoping it was the same product he remembers--and it was. This is the exact root beer that he grew up drinking. Very cool.

We have one of the two remaining XXX restaurants left in the country, in nearby Issaquah, WA. I've always loved their old style root beer, along with A&W & Dad's. I've run out, so I'm stocking up again.
