What is the outside diameter of this bottle?

I just measured and it looks like 3" but that "possibly a hair over" is making it not fit my Lexus cup holder.

One of the pictures with the product box shows that it includes all 3 caps. Does it come with all three caps?

No, and I didn't see an option to pick which cap I would receive. I ordered two of these and received a different cap for each bottle. Maybe I missed the option when ordering?? I would order this again, love the bottle for my kids and want to get one for myself, it really keeps the water cool.

Is it dishwasher safe?

The silver sticker at the bottom is attempting to protect you from lead solder that is sealing the vacuum seal. Over time will wear away and leach lead all over your dishes in dishwasher and then all over your fingers, cup holder, etc. causing lead poisoning. Please be safe and God bless.
