This would be a perfect travel set if the pegs fit snugly. The only reason I’m keeping this is because there’s nothing out there in a nice small travel size. BUT!! I have to try to coat the pegs with glue first to make the set functional. They spill all over they are so loose. I hope my glue works—I absolutely love Chinese checkers, and it’s a great game for travel. Challenges your mind if you play the version where you can jump marbles and leap to the other side the same number of spaces that were between on the other side. Would I buy this again? No. But it’s a small fix for the company, they just need to use smaller drill bits for the holes.

The game is nice, I really like that is travel size (actually it is pretty small, but is great for travels with car or just taking it with you anywhere as well as playing it on table). What we don't find good is that little figures are falling out easily from board, so every time when kids or cube hits the base, the figures would all fall out. If the holes would be smaller (or figures bigger) so they would fit in there tightly I would give it 5.

It actually doesn't even get one star. The game cannot even be set up without the red pieces falling out. Therefore, if it can't be set up, it is impossible to play. Very disappointing.

Cheap feeling, pieces don't stay in, hard to tell where you're supposed to jump to. I'm afraid this was a one-time use, destined for the thrift store.

Size and appearance as expected. The only short fall was against my expectation that the pegs fit snugly in the holes. They are loose. It does not affect game play, but you cannot expect to take the game travelling and have the pieces stay in place. It is for tabletop play only.

The game pieces don't stay in the slots making it a great disappointment. The pieces aren't made to fit and stay, they are too small at the base. So sad as these were Christmas gifts and instead of being fun it wasfrustrating. Very poor quality.

pegs do not remain in holes. Could not play the game evn once. Absolute junk.Should be zero stars.
