I love it! It's so well illustrated and the information on each Pokemon is great. Some are not 100% in tuned to dex entries, but they're creative and interesting.My only issue has been that the gold paint on the front had rubbed off a tad bit, and had flakes of the paint outside of the embossed area, but it was easy to scratch off.Definitely recommend for any biology loving Pokemon fan in your life!

I purchased this book for my Pokémon loving 27 year old daughter for Christmas this year. I was nervous at first but 2 seconds after she opened it she started crying and jumping up and down in excitement. Turns out she knew exactly what it was and had been "admiring it from afar" for a while. When I say this book is beautiful it is a vast understatement! Two grown humans spent, literally, hours flipping through its pages in awe of the artwork, facts and overall quality of the book. We giggled and awed and had a mad hunt for Cubone (my favorite). If you are at all hesitant about purchasing this book....DON'T BE! If you know someone who loves Pokémon, get it now! Thank you for making one of the best presents I've given in years! Absolutely gorgeous! 💛

The illustrations were well thought out, and it goes into the inner workings of some of our favorite pokemon! (okay the original pokemon) its very cool to see the imagination at play and see it written and drawn out. It is great for adult collectors and those who loved the original series when it first came out ( I'm aging myself lol). children 10+ who can enjoy learning new information and using their imagination well might also like this book, but for littles or those who only wanna know stats etc or new generation, this is not the gift for them :) it is a beautiful book, and the cover is gorgeous (i got the green version)

What an amazing piece of artwork! The author who is also the artist has made an amazing piece of art, each page is detailed and immaculate. I enjoyed this and have bought the second volume direct from the creator. If you enjoy Pokémon this is defiantly something you would enjoy!

I bought this as a gift for someone who's been a huge pokemon fan since it actually started and we both was blown away by the enormous amount of work and attention to details this book has...I only hope that the creator of this makes book's for every single pokemon there Is, and I WILL by them all

Great gift! Amazing and creative illustrations/descriptions. The corner of the hard cover was coming apart a little, but otherwise good condition.

The condition of the second hand item was above expectations!
