How to get new front wheels as mine keep locking and shuddering

Hi, my wheels kept shuddering like a supermarket trolley. They didnt lock but that shaking drove me mad. My son looked at it. the first thing he did was to put some more air into the tyres then he said the actual mechanism that holds the wheel on was loose. he used an alan key to tighten it all up and now the shuddering has stopped. Yes this if foldable, this rollator has a handy handle that fits into the middle of the flexible seat, pull this upwards and it folds the rollator up. Unlike my other walker which has a hard seat which closes from front to back this rollator folds from side to side which actually folds together to a slightly smaller width than my old one, It also fits a lot better in my car boot. I bought this one because of the pneumatic 12 inch wheels for rough surface walking (like pavements and gravel paths) the old rollator with the small wheels is fine on very smooth surfaces but a nightmare even with the smallest of uneven surfaces. My first trip out with this new rollator coped a lot better with the rougher pathways, even gravel and grass.

Where can i purchase new wheel bearings from?

Not sure exactly but,if the wheel is removed you should see a number stamped on the side of the bearing(there may be a dust cap covering it).You need to be confident taking this type of job on as bearings need to be punched out and new ones pressed in also they could be bushes rather than bearings. Have contacted the company that supplied the rollator as you may have to purchase complete wheels
