Yes and No. They were for my granddaughter who is very artistic. She was 6 1/2 at Christmas and needed help putting it together. Also, the sticking on the rhinestones would not stay so I used some of my own adhesive. But she loved the colors.

Well packaged, gets your attention with a peek inside. Granddaughter will have lots of fun making and wearing these! Good for 5-6 yr. Some similar products seem too complicated for this age. This will allow her to feel great at what she made!
