Can this item be used for Medicine absorption. Will i work like the creams and things?

Yes. I put a cream on the top of my foot at night and then put the Foot Cover on so it’ll absorb well.

How long to keep on it ?

I wear these foot covers overnight (about 7 hours. (If your foot is prone to sweat, try punching a small hole in the plastic underneath the toe area for air flow.)
