Champion & Reeves Tradition Butterscotch, 180 g

This is delicious butterscotch. I did have an issue with the packet purchased at Amazon because it obviously hadn’t been stored properly – it had melted and so I couldn’t break a piece into 2. But Amazon were very good and gave me a refund. So I then purchased directly from the Champion & Reeves website – and the butterscotch was perfect. I could break each piece in half and the taste was really gorgeous. I love the way they’re individually wrapped. Also, the company was very responsive and helpful when I enquired about the butterscotch before ordering (I didn’t want another dodgy batch). Would totally recommend this product and company – but perhaps do buy from the company direct because then you can guarantee a perfect product.

Yes they have cornered the market, but its pieces are not uniform, It tastes good but it is expensive. Dose this make it a luxury item

I can’t believe how incredible this tastes, each piece is made to break into two bite size pieces and the flavour lasts from beginning to end.Previously enjoyed the company’s Pistachio nougat. The butterscotch is equally amazing

I'm a big fan of this product and manufacturer - but I won't be renewing this subscription. The best before date is March 2022 just three months - so it was made, and then badly stored, a long time ago. The flavour is stale, the texture is crystallised and grainy and the sweets themselves have been remelted more than once making unwrapping and eating pretty difficult. I've no idea if this is down to Champion & Reeves or Amazon, but it is a real shame.

Great butterscotch yes. Is it worth the extortionate price tag, I don't think so. Great product yes but silly silly price tag.
