Not at all. I was scammed and shipping cost me over $60. Unless you want a wooden box, go to a pet/fish store and get black rocks there. Any heated rocks do well with massage especially if you use a good oil.

I heat them in the stone heater, but also you can warm them in a pan with water, let them to boil for a while, and after that wrap them in aluminum paper which, keep them warm for around 20 to 30 min.. Do not warm the in the microwave.
