Would this work for a Popee the Performer cosplay?

Yes - Pros, covers head and secures under chin, good quality, some posing possible as ears have wire; (small) con for Popee, the ears are closer together on the head, Popee's ear have a larger space between them. Other than that should work well

Does it have metal wiring in the ears or not? Also does it depend on what color you get because I see in reviews saying it in the pink hat not white?

yes it does come w metal wiring and i have the white bunny hat -3- !!! very cute so soft and because of the wiring im able to bend it how i want it or have it stand up !!

How does it fasten? I don't want it to be velcro so im not itchy..
